Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds and subscription cancellations work for all Gui Black Sheep products.

1. 7-day guarantee

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, for any reason, by contacting us. If a sales page shows a longer guarantee period for a specific product, that longer period applies.

2. How to request a refund

Email zanattaguilherme12@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp (+55 41 99278-5971) with:

• the email address used at checkout;
• the product name and date of purchase.

No complicated forms or justification are required.

3. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. The time for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, usually 5–10 business days. Once refunded, access to the product is removed.

4. Subscriptions

• You can cancel a subscription at any time by emailing or messaging us, or through the link in your purchase confirmation email when available.
• Cancellation stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period already paid.
• The first payment is covered by the 7-day guarantee. Renewal payments may be refunded if requested within 7 days of the renewal charge.

5. Unrecognized charges

If you see a charge from GUIBLACKSHEEP that you don't recognize, contact us first. We will identify the order or refund it if it was not authorized — usually much faster than a bank dispute.
