How charges appear

Purchases from Gui Black Sheep appear on your card or bank statement as GUIBLACKSHEEP. Depending on your bank, the name of our payment processor may also be shown.

Currency and taxes

Prices are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. If your card is in a different currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or international transaction fee, which is outside our control.

One-time and recurring payments

• One-time products are charged once, at checkout.
• Subscriptions are charged at checkout and then automatically at the interval shown (for example, monthly) until cancelled. The amount and frequency are always displayed before you confirm payment.
• Optional add-ons offered after checkout are charged only if you accept them.

Receipts

A confirmation email is sent after each payment. If you need a receipt or invoice, contact us with the email used at checkout.

Questions or disputes

If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
